I chose Shangri-La for its convenient location near Xuanwu Lake, a place I had been wanting to visit for a long time. The hotel's additional features, such as complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services, were pleasantly surprising. The complimentary babysitting/childcare service was particularly helpful and allowed us to enjoy our time exploring Nanjing without worrying about our little one. Additionally, the option of dining at Jiangnan Wok and experiencing authentic Huaiyang dishes was a highlight of our stay.

Don't trust room reservation guarantees. com, when we arrived, the receptionist claimed the hotel was fully booked.

The hotel rooms were huge and new-fashioned with a separate bedroom and a great view, as example. Comfortable location - easy walk to everywhere we needed. Had tea and goodies at Starbucks, nestled 1 mi of the venue.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and made sure to keep topping up the high-quality toiletries in our room. The hotel itself is stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed simply walking around and exploring the premises. the hotel's central location near stations made it convenient for us to get around, and the staff were always accommodating in organizing taxis to our desired destinations.

Enjoyable stay for Easter weekend. We were impressed with the complimentary Easter egg and bunny left in our room for the kids. The location was convenient, with many restaurants and shops close by. The pool was a highlight of our stay, with its large size and scenic views.

Some aspects could be improved. The breakfast selection was limited, with not enough variety for our tastes.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that made my stay quite luxurious. The Spa & Wellness Centre and Indoor Swimming Pool were exceptional, as was the Jacuzzi, Beauty Treatments and Facial. The restaurant provided delicious Special Diet Menus and In-Room Breakfast, the bar was buzzing in the evening and the Coffee/Tea in the lobby was top-notch. Furthermore, the entertainment here was fantastic, with Live Music and Karaoke adding to the fun factor.

I did experience one negative aspect during my time here as the Steam Room was out of order. this hotel exceeded my expectations.
